These are words I throw around.
But I have a deep reverence for them. What would my life look like without them? Fractured, selfish, empty. And at times, I still am. But I look, I listen, I ponder and process. Over the past few years, I’ve been opening my ears, my eyes and my heart.

This workshop includes:
5 weekly workbooks— thoughts, readings and challenges. Five days a week journal prompts.
A password protected site and blog for us to continue our growth-- with inspiring artists and thoughtful sketchbooks.
Discussion forum— share our journey and have good conversation
Each week, a new 8x10 printable poster of artwork made by me
What you will need:
An open heart
Journal, sketchbook or notebook for keeping your thoughts
Basic art supplies-- but if you are more comfortable with pen and paper, just write!
Perhaps, but not necessary a digital camera or camera phone to share your journey through pictures.
Registration is $40 and starts July 4th. The workshop begins July 18th.
